2. Nature of Professional Expertise

The Principal of the Firm, Harrison de Souza Silva Jr., holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), a Post-Graduate Diploma in Public Law, and an MBA in Data Protection. These credentials represent the academic and professional foundation of the Firm’s strategic methodology. However:

• No Legal Practice: The Firm does not provide legal representation, does not appear before courts, and does not provide legal advice under the laws of the UAE or any other jurisdiction.
• Strategic vs. Legal: Our “Analytical Engine” is applied to Management, Corporate Governance, and Private Mentorship. Any legal documents or frameworks discussed are for strategic planning and institutional architecture purposes only.
